2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbs. finely chopped rosemary
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 Tbs. pure maple syrup
2 Tbs. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and rosemary, and mix well. Stir in the coconut oil, maple syrup, orange juice, and vanilla and mix until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Use two tablespoons of dough to form two-ounce dough balls and place onto the prepared sheet. Press down gently, and sprinkle the tops with coconut sugar. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely on pan before removing.
