1 lb. halved strawberries
11/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
11/2 cups lemon juice
6 cups water
1-2 bottles Welch’s Sparkling Strawberry Daiquiri
In a bowl, toss strawberries with sugar and vanilla and let rest for 30 minutes. In a blender, puree half of the mixture with lemon juice and pour into a punch bowl. Add water and stir to combine. Add the remaining berries and sparkling daiquiri mix to taste. (Randall suggests using one full bottle and adjusting to taste with the second.)
