2 oz. Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. tamarind nectar
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. ginger syrup
1 cup crushed ice
Edible dendrobium orchid blossom, optional
Pineapple slice, optional
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 10 seconds. Pour into a tiki glass, or favorite glass, and garnish with a pineapple slice and edible orchid blossom.
