The Party: Guests were dressed to the nines for this soiree hosted by Positive Strides, an organization that seeks to provide support and aid to student athletes who have suffered any number of life-changing, sports-related injuries. While munching on minature chicken and waffles amongst other tasteful h'ors deurves, partygoers mingled in the stunning courtyard of the historic William Aiken House. Charleston's own King Leaf Cigar Lounge provided a sampling of high quality cigars, which were enjoyed as attendees sipped Bourbon and cocktails from local liquor standbys Gentry, Maker's Mark, and more. After an evening of laughter and many cheers, everyone took home a custom made Maker's Mark bourbon glass to commemorate the event.
The Highlight: The "Bacon Bar," complete with maple bacon cornbread bites, miniature bacon sliders, and maple bacon cakepops.
Overheard: "Does this bowtie match my cigar?"
Beneficiary: Positive Strides
