Peach Sangria

INGREDIENTS: 

For the Peach Sangria:

1 lime, cut into wedges
1 orange, cut into wedges
12 oz. Chardonnay
4 oz. fresh peach purée (see below)
2 oz. Southern Comfort

For peach purée:

(Makes 4 oz.)
4 fresh peaches
2 oz. simple syrup

DIRECTIONS: 

For the Peach Sangria:

Squeeze the juice of the lime and orange wedges into a pitcher and drop fruit in as well. Fill the pitcher with ice. Pour in Chardonnay, peach purée, and Southern Comfort. Mix with a spoon and serve.

For peach purée:

Peel peaches. Dice and blend in a food processor with simple syrup. Use immediately to avoid the purée turning brown. (1 tsp. of simple syrup per peach.)
