INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka of choice
  • 1 oz. apple pucker Schnapps
  • 1 oz homemade sour mix (recipe follows)

    • Homemade Sour Mix

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh lemon juice to taste
DIRECTIONS: 

Shake all ingredients together in a martini shaker with plenty of ice. Garnish glass with a cinnamon and sugar rim and serve with an apple wheel, covered in cinnamon and sugar.

Homemade Sour Mix

Pour water into a saucepan and stir sugar in. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Add lemon to taste. Makes enough for 10 servings.
