  • 1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. Thyme-infused Lemon Simple Syrup
  • Fresh Squeezed Juice from Meyer Lemon half
  • Splash Duval Leroy Brut Champagne
DIRECTIONS: 

Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass, top with champagne, and garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme.
